Nick is a highly respected lawyer with over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. He has advised clients on a wide range of complex transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions, and debt restructurings. Nick has a particular focus on representing private equity funds and other alternative investment funds in their investments in Europe.
